The Hawaii Theatre Center celebrates the work of film director Tim Burton, king of the creep factor, in a spooky prelude to Halloween. The three-day festival will include arts, crafts and special entertainment, as well as a themed costume contest for each of the four screenings.
The film tells the story of a gentle artificial man named Edward, an unfinished creation who has scissor blades instead of hands. The young man is taken in by a suburban family and falls in love with their teenage daughter Kim. Starring Johnny Depp, Winona Ryder, Dianne Wiest (1990) Run Time: 1h 45m
