All appointments with Theatre Management may only be
made by contacting Ryan Sueoka via the contact information above.

Appointments
available on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. If you require an
appointment outside of these hours, please request it when contacting
the Theatre Management Office. We will attempt to find a mutually
agreeable appointment time.

- The Hawaii Theatre strives to have solid
bookings 18 months in advance.
The booking schedule
is fluid and changes weekly, occasionally daily. Dates noted in "Current
Hawaii Theatre Availability Calendars" below are ALL subject to
confirmation by the Hawaii Theatre Management Office, and are presented
only as a reference.
No dates are
guaranteed by the Hawaii Theatre until a fully executed License for Use
Agreement is signed by the Hawaii Theatre and Applicant Company.
The Hawaii Theatre
Application for Licensed Use IS NOT the License for Use
Agreement, and the Application proffer does not, in any way,
obligate the Hawaii Theatre to provide the Applicant Company the
requested date(s), or any alternative date(s).
The Hawaii Theatre
reserves the right to hold confirmation of any/all License for Use
Agreements until twelve (12) weeks prior to the requested date(s).

HAWAII
THEATRE INSPECTION TOURS |
- The Hawaii Theatre is
happy to provide you with an inspection tour before, or after, you make
an Application for Use.
- Please make an
appointment (as noted above) and mention how many people will be
attending the tour with your party.
- Tours may be limited
due to rehearsal/performance schedule.
- Tours require an
appointment with Theatre Management as noted above. Tours without an
appointment cannot be accommodated.

ADVERTISING OPPORTUNITIES |
- Any party
interested in co-operative advertising should contact the
Hawaii Theatre General Manager for details. Co-op advertising
opportunities include:
- tickets
- ticket envelopes
- mailing envelopes
- media buys
- in-house
promotional pieces, or
- this website
