Marketing Manager
The Marketing Manager provides the highest level of professionalism and is dedicated to upholding the mission of the Hawaii Theatre Center ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for patrons. This position creates comprehensive marketing plans for each show or event, outlining promotional tactics, target audiences and key messaging. In addition, this individual will collaborate with the programming team to understand show objectives, target demographics, and marketing priorities. This position reports to the Director of Marketing and Communications and works closely with Administrative Office, Development Team, Box Office and Stage and Back of House/Production to ensure shows and events are in sync.
- Pay: 55K Annually + benefits

Front of House Lead
The Front of House Lead provides the highest level of customer service and is dedicated to upholding the mission of the Hawaii Theatre Center ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for patrons. This position requires a reliable, personal, and service-minded individual who thrives in a fast-paced, event-driven environment. This customer-facing role is responsible for Patron Experience, Coordination with Stage Productions, Concessions, Food and Beverage, and Special Events. In addition, this individual will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our patrons, the building, and staff for all public areas. This position reports to the Director of Theatre Operations and works closely with Stage and production staff to ensure shows and events are in sync with patron’s arrival experience.
- Pay: $20.50 per Hour

- Shifts & Schedule: Some Day Shifts, Mostly Evening Shifts
Production Technician
The Production Technician plays a vital role in ensuring the seamless execution of all production backstage. Reporting to the Director of Theatre Operations and Facilities and Operations Manager, they are responsible for addressing and resolving operational challenges related to sound, lighting, stage management, playback LED walls, and projections. Additionally, they may be required to operate sound or lighting equipment as needed. This position requires a reliable, personal, and service-minded individual who thrives in a fast-paced, event-driven environment to ensure shows and events are professionally executed. This is an on-call position.
- Pay: $18-$20/ hr
