Looking for a safe, unforgettable way to celebrate a major milestone? Whether it’s a birthday, graduation, wedding, or anniversary, you can commemorate life’s big moments in true historic style.
By donating $150, you can see your name in lights! Your generous gift gives you an hour on our historic marquee, programmed to match the classic 1922 look of the Pacific’s finest movie palace. Even better, your contribution directly helps us meet the Historic Preservation Challenge Grant put forward by the Historic Hawaii Foundation and the Freeman Foundation.
Message Guidelines & Details
Character Limit: Messages are limited to 3 lines of text, with a maximum of 14 characters per line (including spaces and punctuation, no images, graphics or emojis).
Lead Time: We graciously ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to program and schedule your message correctly. (based on availability) Messaging cannot be booked 4 hours before or after a show (please see events calendar).
Review Process: Digital proofs will be provided prior to the display going live to ensure your special message is camera-ready.
Content Policy: Marquee Messages are meant to be celebratory. Any message that contains profanity, or is commercial, political, or inflammatory in nature will be politely declined.
