Aries Spears is a Chicago-born, New York–raised comedian who began performing professionally at 14 and quickly rose to prominence through his sharp wit, aggressive style, and versatility. He gained widespread recognition as a principal cast member on Fox’s Mad TV for eight seasons, where he created and portrayed numerous popular characters and impersonations, including the show’s most successful sketch, “Talkin’ American.”
