Become a Hawaii Theatre Volunteer!
Hawaii Theatre Volunteers play an important role in creating a welcoming and memorable experience for our audiences. As a volunteer, you’ll be part of the excitement of live performances while helping guests enjoy everything our historic theatre has to offer.

Our volunteers primarily assist during showtimes by ushering guests, scanning tickets, and helping patrons find their seats. From greeting guests at the door to guiding them through the theatre, volunteers help ensure each event runs smoothly and that every visitor feels welcomed.

Volunteering at Hawaii Theatre is a wonderful opportunity to meet new people, support the performing arts, and experience the energy of live performances up close.

In addition to showtime duties, we also offer other volunteer opportunities throughout the year. These may include helping with special events, community activities, and fundraising initiatives. Volunteer roles for these events may include guest registration, event set-up, and supporting outreach efforts that help increase public awareness of the Hawaii Theatre Center.
