Hawaii Theatre’s virtual programming continues to expand, and with it the possibility that something may go wrong during a performance increases. Should you land on this page, you’ve clicked a link looking for assistance.
Many times, there are circumstances that can cause a livestream to become unstable or interrupted. In this case, you will want to return to the original link you were emailed when you signed up for the program. If the problem persists longer than 5 minutes, it’s likely there has been a systems failure that will require us to complete restart the livestream.
